After a sudden fault, Sam was prompt to answer our text message around 5pm to say he couldn't make it that day, but he would be at our place first thing on the next morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the solution for our power plugs issue very quickly and got it sorted very fast. He even made sure all the plugs were working as they should before leaving. We highly recommend Sam's services and we will be using him again as we have some projects in mind.
