I had a hugecemergency with lights not going off / coming on randomly. I was very worried as it was a Friday and I had people staying who were potentially going to be in rooms with light on continuously.  I was given Sam's number as a recommendation from an older, retired electrician.  I was so impressed and appreciative that Sam saw the urgency in the job and cam out Friday afternoon. It was not a straight forward solution but Sam problem solved and resolved the issue.
